How access works

Three steps

  1. Get your access code

    Request access and we'll send you a personal access code and the demo password. Codes are personal and can be withdrawn at any time.

  2. Open the demo

    Enter your code once. Your browser remembers it for 30 days, on a computer or a phone.

  3. Choose a role

    Pick owner, coordinator, support worker or family on the sign-in screen and enter the demo password.

What's in it

A provider in the middle of a normal week

  • Participants on NDIA, plan and self-managed funding, with plans, budgets, care plans, goals and medication
  • Support workers and a coordinator, with checks, availability, a leave request and a new starter to review
  • This week's and next week's roster, with open shifts, an offer, a group outing and a vacancy on the job board
  • A SIL house with residents, rooms, a sleepover, compliance items and repairs
  • A therapist's appointments and a support coordinator's caseload
  • Last week's visits: invoices, timesheets waiting for approval and a pay run
  • Incidents, one with an NDIS Commission deadline running, and the other registers

Suggested walkthrough

Twenty minutes, five stops

  1. Dashboard

    As the owner: today's visits, missed clock-ins, deadlines, budget alerts.

  2. Roster

    As the coordinator: drag a shift, try booking a worker on leave, ask for worker suggestions.

  3. Phone app

    On your phone, as the support worker: clock in, tick off tasks, write a note, sign, clock out.

  4. Timesheets & billing

    As the owner: approve, generate invoices, build a claim batch.

  5. Payroll & family

    Check the pay run, then sign in as family to see their view.
