This website

• Sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or social media trackers.
• Loads no fonts, scripts or images from other companies.
• Is served by Cloudflare, which processes technical connection data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site.
• If you email us, we use your message only to reply and to provide what you asked for.

The request-access form

The form on the Contact and Demo pages sends what you type to the CareHub service, where only the CareHub team at Proaktive Services sees it. We use it to assess your request and contact you about CareHub.

• Please don't include information about participants.
• To limit abuse, we keep a count of requests per network for one day, as a one-way code made with a key that changes daily; your IP address itself is not stored.
• Requests that do not go ahead are deleted 90 days after the decision, and new requests nobody has looked at after 180 days.
• For an approved request, the phone number and message are removed 12 months after approval; the record of which organisation was approved, when and by whom is kept.

The CareHub service

When a provider uses CareHub, the provider decides what information is entered and remains responsible for it under the Australian Privacy Act. Proaktive Services processes that information only to run the service for the provider.

• Participant and staff data is stored in Cloudflare's Oceania region.
• Each provider's data is kept separate from every other provider's.
• Data is not sold, and not passed to advertising, analytics or AI services.
• Access is limited by role, owners and admins must use two-factor sign-in, and changes, sign-ins, exports and document downloads are recorded in an audit log.
• Support workers' location is checked only at clock-in and clock-out (and when they step out and return), not tracked during visits.
• Providers have tools in CareHub to answer access and correction requests, keep records for the required time, delete them afterwards and record data breaches.

The demo

The demo contains fictional data only. Each access code belongs to a named person, and each time a code is used it is logged with that name. Please don't enter real personal information in the demo.
