The house roster and the house itself, in one place
A SIL house needs someone there around the clock, each resident billed their share, sleepovers paid as the award says, and a building that stays safe. CareHub keeps all of it next to the rest of your records.
24-hour coverage you can see
- Houses with their residents and home team.
- A day view per house with workers down the side and the gaps where nobody is on shown in red.
- Support, sleepover and active-night blocks.
- Each resident billed their share of whoever is on; sleepovers billed per resident per night on the item you choose.
- Workers paid the sleepover allowance you enter, and active nights at the night rate.
- Save a week as the house pattern and apply it for up to 12 weeks; a busy worker is dropped and reported, never double-booked.
- A resident's hospital stay removes them from every block in the range in one step.
For workers and families
- Workers see the house name and the kind of block on their phone, and clock in once per block.
- Workers can report a repair from the visit screen.
- A resident's family sees that resident's own visits, never the other residents.
Rooms, compliance and repairs, before an audit finds them
House details
The kind of house (SDA, rental, provider or participant owned), the landlord, SDA enrolment and design category.
Rooms and residents
Who sleeps in which room. A move-in to an occupied or shared room is refused; going past the house's capacity warns.
Move-in and move-out
A move-in creates the tasks that follow it, such as the agreements and the emergency plan. A move-out lists the resident's future visits; nothing is cancelled by itself.
Vacancies
Worked out from the rooms, with a listing status and enquiries. Nothing is published or matched automatically.
House compliance
Your own list of items with an interval, such as smoke alarm and RCD tests, fire equipment and evacuation drills. Each becomes a task before it is due; overdue alarm and RCD items show red.
Repairs
Requests with photos and urgency. The repair clock starts when the landlord is told, and the house manager is alerted once if it runs out.
House documents
Agreements, compliance evidence, insurance, floor plan and emergency plan, kept on the house.
Conflict flags
When your organisation is also the landlord, residents without a current conflict declaration are flagged.
Recurring charges
An accommodation contribution can be a weekly or monthly charge on the next billing run.
